Service Support Agreements

In accordance with our standard Terms of Supply, all new machines are covered during the first year by a parts and labour warranty. In subsequent years, we recommend that the machines are linked into a site-wide service agreement, which covers all the machines on-site. At The Sempre Group, we provide three levels of support to suit your needs. Our options are detailed below. The benefits include:

Service and Calibration

Regular calibrations ensure the integrity of your systems and the quality of your products. Our team of skilled engineers are available for onsite and in-house calibrations.

Repairs

The Sempre Group are an experienced provider of measurement equipment. As such, we take pride in our knowledge of our parts and equipment, and are proud to be able to service and repair the products we supply. To ensure a long system lifespan, we provide a repairs service for your systems and gauges.
Our on-site workshop is stocked with spares and run by experienced engineers. We aim to provide a fast turnaround time to make sure that you get back up and running as soon as possible.
